Unarmed Guards: All of our Unarmed Guards are certified by the Arizona Department of Public Safety and have undergone background checks by the state police and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). While on duty each guard is backed up by a communication center, allowing for real-time information exchange, immediate contact with command staff and efficient customer support 24/7/365.

Armed Guards: Because weapons are a unique tool with inherent concerns for our clients, each of our Armed guards are selected for their knowledge, experience and maturity. Each Armed Guard has completed state certification, NRA Training and evaluation by our Chief Instructor prior to being assigned to any post or patrol.

Patrols: (Armed & Unarmed): Our patrol drivers are assigned to either a geographical area or a specific property and conduct mobile patrols in a marked vehicle.

Loss Prevention Agents (LP): We have Loss Prevention agents who are trained to work undercover and conduct desecrate surveillance operations at client locations.  These agents work with our clients to identify and reduce shrinkage and loss through shoplifting.

Fire Watch: Per Arizona Revised Statutes 11- 861, our guards can be assigned as a Fire Watch and provide surveillance over a facility whose fire suppression system is temporarily nonoperational or absent.

Protection Agents:  For those clients that require a customized security operation or need a unique security response to accommodate a special situation, we offer our cadre of protective agents. These agents are selected based on their professional background and routinely carry professional certifications and experience from the military and law enforcement communities. In addition, to our core group of agents, we have a “fly-away” capability which allows us to accompany clients nationally and internationally using the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport as a debarkation point.

Training: We have a mobile training ability and a dedicated training classroom established to conduct certification training for Armed and Unarmed security. We also conduct certification training with handcuffing, baton, pepper spray and T.A.S.E.R.s products Our less-than-lethal equipment training comes as a national certification. We are not authorized to certify law enforcement personnel.
